Steve Smith tells us why he loves the J-Infra…

SteveAs a bass player after 45 years D&B Audio has caught my ear with the J-Infra. This addition by D&B Audio to the J-Series line array has made me want to go listen to just about any show where these subwoofers are being used. The J-Infra brings the frequency response of the J-Sub doinfralrwn to 27Hz…pretty amazing.

It is very controlled and punchy for a 2-way bass reflex system housing three long excursion neodymium 21″ drivers. The two forward facing drivers are housed together in a bass reflex chamber. They’re driven by a single channel of a D12 amplifier, while the backward facing driver is in a second chamber and is driven by the other channel of the D12. D&B Audio truly hits you below the belt with the J-Infra. They are a must see and hear at any live show.
